Tin Cup Sunday: Gaza Relief Effort
We are partnering with one of our ministry partners (MCC) who is doing great work in Gaza helping both Palestinian and Israeli victims of the war over there. MCC (Mennonite Central Committee) has been working in the region, through local partners, for 74 years. Before this current conflict, MCC was already at work in the Gaz Strip by promoting justice and peace, food security and a youth vocational training and trauma healing program for children and youth.
MCC is responding to the current crisis with existing partners as safety allows, providing ready to eat food packages and bedding to families in need. Our response is focused on the humanitarian needs in Gaza, given the vulnerability of the population and lack of resources available to families. We are also planning to offer trauma healing support and housing reconstruction.
On Sunday, December 17th at 10am you can help by bringing spare change that you have for our Tin Cup Sunday. We will collect the change on that Sunday and support MCC’s efforts to help both Israeli and Palestinian victims of this conflict.

We encourage you to come with whatever questions you have! DISCOVER will also be a great chance to get to know people better! If you are interested in DISCOVER, if you want to go but the dates don’t work or simply have any questions please contact Tyler.
Explore God
For 7 weeks we will be tackling 7 different questions that many people wonder about life and God. Does life have a purpose? Why does God allow pain and suffering? Is Christianity too exclusive? Is Jesus really God? Is the Bible reliable? Can I know God personally? Join us as we dig into these questions together. Join us in person or online!
